I do see Easter Eggers and Speckled Sussexs. Not sure ones the one with feathers on the legs.

I was wondering if the feathers on the feet are normal? Have you had a chicken like that before?

Feathers on the legs is completely normal, some breeds have them and some do not.
I have never had a feather legged chicken.

There are several breeds with feathered legs. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say that pullet has Silkie in her genes.
