New Chick Mom Needs Advice

I am raising my first flock of baby chicks, a mix of RIR, Barred Rock, Easter-Egger, and Golden Comet. I picked them up on Thursday, and they all seem to be happy and eating well. However, I have one EE who likes to sit most of the time. She will stand to eat, drink, or get out of another chicks way, but will immediately sit down. I've checked her legs, and they seem fine. My husband says she is just conserving energy. Any advice?

I'm not sure about the chick, maybe a little sugar water? I'm sure someone with more experience will post soon, there are LOT'S of experts on here! Also, you may want to go to the forum section and do a search on "weak chick" I know that there are several past topics on what to do... Good luck!
