new chick momma

I am on my second batch of incubating chickens. First batch only produced eight viable chicks but it was a first time incubation. This second time i had 36 eggs of which only 30 were fertilized and progress is going well. so far i have 19 thats hatched and waiting on 11 more. my question is how far past 21 days should i go . i can hear a few peeps ,do they need my help or should i just be patient and wait a couple more days. day 21 was yesterday, thank u

Usually a single breed will hatch over 24 hours. Different breeds will hatch at different times though. Usually all breeds will hatch by day 24 if the temperature in the incubator was 99.5F

Take the ones out that have hatched if they have been in there for 24 hours. I do not let them stay in the incubator longer than that
