Glad you could join our community. Congratulations on your new chicks!  The Rhode Island Red is a nice breed of chicken that I'm sure you'll enjoy. I've kept a Rhode Island Red hen for the past four years and she's been an excellent layer with a good temperament, too.

Thanks for the warm welcome! 4 days later and the little ones are doing awesome! I just cleaned out their broader and I can't believe how excited they were to have a clean, refreshed home! lol They've changed so much in such a short period of time. Lots of feathers making an appearance! !
