New chick ... Puffy eye

I just got two new barred bout 4 weeks old. The cage they had them in was obviously over crowded. Some missing feathers and one has a puffy eye.

My question is when will there feathers start to grow back?

& any ideas about the eye.

There is no discharge and it is open just the skin around it is puffy.

I obviously do not have them with my other chicks yet.

Probably got a good peck if they were crowded. Can you see if the eye is scratched?

It's hard to tell. I will check more closely. I am thinking more towards injury and not disease because her other eye is fine and the other chick with her seems fine.

UPDATE - Eye is much better

Just needed some TLC and no more pecking from unruley coop mates.

Even there feathers are growing. I feel like this was now a good rescue mission.
