new chick struggling - do I do anything?

This is my first hatch and so far 14 healthy chicks have hatched out and are doing great. One chick, however, has just been lyingon the floor of the incubator breathing heavily for several hours. It gives the occasional good kick but otherwise has not moved vigorously like the others, or even been upright yet.

It does not have yolk sac or anything odd about it otherwise

do I do anything at some point or just let what will be, be?

Congrats on the 14 healthy!

The struggling chick may not be as strong as the others so it might take longer to recover. I dont think there is anything you can do for it now, though. Just keep an eye on him

I agree....It may be tired from hatching or it could be a week chick, either way there is not much you can do. Just let it be and hopefully it will recover. JEN
