New chick won't eat

I just got my new Dominique chicks on Friday morning. They are all doing great except for one. She will not eat or drink and is getting very lethargic. I have been trying to put a drop of water with electrolytes on the end of her beak to force her to take a little in, but I can't get her to eat. Any ideas? She does seem to have a cut on the top of her beak that goes from nostril to nostril. She is smaller than the others now and sleeps all the time and is getting very wobbly.
