Question of the Day - Monday, August 11th, 2025

My brain has a hard time just being still, doing "nothing." I like to read, be here on BYC, play Sudoku or a word-search puzzle, or watch cooking shows. If I'm not driving, for example, I'm doing something like that. Well, lol, not watching tv of course. I'm "in the moment" if I'm cooking, I suppose.

Live in the moment. Even as a child, and then I would want to draw those moments on paper with my Crayons. Makes me think that poets, artists, musicians, photographers... those that are driven to capture moments, are perhaps experts at living in the moment?

Seems the older I get the more I stay in the moment. Don't dwell on the past, today will be what it is and tomorrow? Eh, we'll see what happens if I'm still here. Things and time take care of themselves. I don't have to stop and smell the roses as I'm sitting in the middle of the rose bush. :old
