New chick

Just purchased a new chick two days ago and just today we noticed that their neck is hanging down very limp and they are having a hard time holding it up. Nothing has happened to this chick that we are aware of. He is much smaller than the rest and will not walk without a little encouragement and he won't eat or drink unless we place him right in front or right in the bowl. What should we do for this little guy? I would hate to see him die because we have gotten very attached to him!
