First chick busted threw but doesn’t look so good. She’s chirping but not moving and still curled up in the bottom of the shell! Should i remove the rest of the shell? It’s been about 6 hrs sinse the first crack.

Can you post a pic? Is there any blood or yolk left in the shell? Don't confuse it with hatching gunk (embryo feces) in the bottom of the shell.

I'd give it some time. If you try assisting too early, you could discover an unabsorbed egg yolk, which means she wasn't ready to hatch. I would wait 24 hours before getting concerned.
