I brought home a new chicken on Valentine's day. I proceeded with minimum 21 day quarantine. In that time I noticed some troubling signs. She has clearly two broken bonesnin her wings and the very tipsnof er wings appear to have small gashes on the edge. They are healing well.

Yesterday I noticed mites ALL over her. This is not something I saw during her time jsnide. But what I did notice wsas notnobly black mites but also my other chickens have chicken lice. So cool. Treated that got the cool all cleaned out new bedding and all, sprayed everything dusted everything used permethrin dust and mana pro spray that absolutely ended them lil devils.

Now today I noticed what looks like bloody turds. And Green??

I saw one like this yesterday while cleaning the coop but it's clearly worse today. I'm not noticing any fluffing or lethargy in anyone.

Should I just go ahead and get corrid? Does what I used have anything to do with it? Is it mite related? I've got 16 that I so love. I've lost whole flocks to Coccida before and im not about to again.

Here's the poooo

Yes, definitely get the Corid going!

Stop any vitamin suppliments while they're on this, but when finished, put them on some, such as Poultry Cell in their water every other day for a couple of weeks.

Is she eating/drinking well? If not, make a mash with water of chick crumbles or pellets if that's all you have.

Chickens new to an area can develop cocciodiosis while yours won't as yours have built up immunity to it. Your new one hasn't.

She's eating and drinking well. I did do the water test and it never turned pink. I was thinking it might be intestinal shed

I guess hoping more so. Corrid is expensive 🥹
