New chicken coop and run - what do I use for flooring/groundcover????

I just had an 8x8 insulated coop built with an 8x10 run for 9 chickens! It is nearly ready for the chickens!! Question- what is best for the coop floor and the run groundcover? I laid linoleum down for easy cleanup. And the outside run has a roof. ANY thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. This is my first chicken rodeo!!

Sand in the run makes for easy clean up. Just rake it a couple times a week. I use pine shaving on the floor of my coops. Look up Deep Little Method
