I finally got the medication and did a 5 day treatment. Finished 2 days ago. I changed the water daily and used yesterdays medicated water to make “soup” with their high protein feed and eggs i added vitamins one day. The light brama was already looking better when i started treating. Now one of the other pullets looks horrible. Crusty eyes respiratory symptoms . Should i do another 5 day treatment? It is not necessary to separate her unless she is being picked on or bullied away from food ans water. The others would have already been exposed if she has MG. It is very common in backyard flocks. You may not see any other cases, but you might during periods of stress. Getting one tested when she has symptoms through a lab such as Zoologix or RAL might be worth a try to get a diagnosis. If you ever should lose a chicken, the stat vet lab can also do testing.
