New Chicken Identification - Olive egger

Was wondering if anyone can tell if this is a rooster or hen. A lot larger than the others.

Yes that is what we where thinking will have to change the name from Olive to Oliver - when is a good age to tell for sure? I have read around 13 weeks?

Well, for being that young with such a big red comb is a big indicator of him being a he. Pullets won't have such big combs at that age
