(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
-I got my chickens a little over a week ago! I am new to chickens thought my mom also raises chickens but that was after I left the nest ;P
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
- I have 7 hens
(3) What breeds do you have?
- I have bantam wyandotten
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
- The eggs haha. I am also thinking about collecting the feathers since they drop some pretty nice feathers but need to look up how to sanitize feathers first.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
- Gardening, I just bought a little green house but still need to put it together, also have a little space in the yard growing outside.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
- Married with a little toddler with two dogs and 1 cat
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
- I found BYC when googling questions I had about quails, as I had kept some of those before
