New chicken keeper, will be grateful for advice over the next few months.

Hi all,
After years of waiting I finally have chickens. I have bought brown leghorns at pol 3 hens with a cockerel with the hope of hatching more to expand flock. I know those in America have a lot more experience with leghorns so would be grateful for advice when needed.
