New Chicken Mama

Hi!
I am the proud mama of 28 chickens - at this time. We inherited our 7 Barred Rock ladies last fall when my parents sold their home and downsized. I initially thought that would be the extent of my chicken experience, but little did I know how addictive they can be! We have since added a rescued game Roo. Then came the chicks - an adorable Bantam Lavender Cochin pair, LF white Ameracaunas, OEs, Golden Comets, and our newest sweet little Black Copper Marans. My husband says I want ALL the chickens and he's right!
BYC is definitely the "happenin'" place to be. Every time I've Googled a question about my birds, the answer has come up on this forum. I am thankful for the wealth of knowledge and experience shared here.
Oh, and how could I forget my ducklings??? I have two 8 week old Rouen mixes as well.
I'm looking forward to interacting with this group!
