Hello and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.
The ladder you have for access back into the coop will be very difficult for the chickens to use. It would be better to use a ramp with cleats. You can also put a cinder block or old landscape block at the bottom and put the ramp end on that to make the slop less steep. Like this:

This was made with an old 2x8 and cut up strips of a scrap piece of lumber measuring about 1"x3/4".

Nice coop but you might want to consider for type of netting over the top to discourage aerial predators. Good luck with your babies...

Yes that is our next step. We are ordering it now. Any specific type you would recommend?
