New chicken mama.

I am new to chicks and just want to do what is best for them. I have 4 babies about 4weeks old.
One of them seems to have ruffled feathers going in all directions. She is a Buff Orp and has not eaten anything different from the other chicks. Could it be a vitamin deficiency?
