New Chicken Mama

Should have rechecked some of the voice post part of it, but hopefully you get what I’m saying. For now. I definitely will be posting and asking questions look forward to learning lots and lots so that I can raise a healthy chickie chickie and get some more because I love them.
Most of us are pretty good at deciphering voice to text errors.
Don't you worry about that at all.

Hello all, I have been blessed with a chicken that I rescued from being slaughtered, a family member didn’t want her anymore and was going to eat her. The reason they didn’t want her as they say, was because she was antisocial, wasn’t eating, wasn’t drinking, wasn’t laying, and all the other hen’s And the way too many roosters that they had didn’t like her.
Recently purchased a home nearby they said family members, so they jokingly said hey you guys wanna chicken, I said Absa check a loot Lee.
So to start off by already had a big dog crate to house her in order to get to know her, was concerned about how my cats would react and how she would react.
Trying to do a short story here, my cats love her turns out she’s a sweetheart her feathers grow back she loves she’s like a lap chicken, I live in upstate New York so it’s cold right now, I have been trying to do my research so far she still alive she’s so freaking cute. So this is a short story of my chickie chickie.
