New chicken mom! A little curious.

I bought 2 nh reds back in June and they were 9 weeks. They're now going on 18 weeks next week and one seems to not be as developed as the other? The red, growing comb is Sweet pea and the small comb is Olive Oil. Olive Oil's tail isn't as perky as Sweet Pea's as well so I'm a little curious if she may be a little behind in developing.

Birds develop at different rates. As long as she's behaving normally otherwise, don't worry too much about it.

I am not an expert with NH Reds but Olive Oil looks like a pullet and Sweet Pea may be a cockerel. I thought only mature pullet NH Reds had red combs.
Hopefully a NH Red experts helps!

Can you post full body pics? I’d guess they are Red Sexlinks.
That definitely isn’t a boy-or-girl sign. Female and male NHR have them.
The fact that they don’t means they are likely RSL, which people sell as true breeds.
