What's the temperature where you are???

Saturday 7th of February 11.03a.m. Sunny and warm. Headed for 30C / 86F.

Mink and weasels are very playful with the snow. Foxes too, and I have seen crows and ravens doing acrobats in the windy cold of winter.

Darn tootin cold here, woke to -22C and high winds, it’s only -17C (2F) at the moment. Still under cold and blowing snow warnings. I promised my gang it would warm up by Tuesday and they informed me it better, or they’d peck me on the head!

Have a lovely afternoon/evening/night everyone.

The beautiful sunshine and clear blue skies are deceptive. They make today particularly dangerous for people with a bad case of cabin fever. It's likely to lure out those who really should stay inside.
The "not as harsh next week" comment at the end is heartening, though. We're expected to get up to the mid 30's for a few days and may even (GASP!) hit 40! Is that even possible?

I have my fingers crossed for all of us!
