4th quarter? Congratulations!

It's a good thing spring is soon coming. Caring for them in winter is a lot of work trudging out in the snow every day. They have plenty of shelter, but cleaning is difficult when it is below freezing.

I am trying them out to see if I want to make this a continuing commitment. It is a lot of work cleaning up their poops.

How are you managing it?
I use poop boards in a coop with a large, fully predator proof run attached. It only takes me about 15 minutes a day to feed, clean the waterer and scoop the poop boards from 23 birds. I clean the coop bedding out once a year.
Lots of great compost for my gardens.
