New chicken momma!

Hi all! Just got my first flock of hens settled in the brooder. 8 Amberlink pullets from TSC. Don't know who is more enamored, me or my four kids. They are looking forward to seeing the hens mature and begin laying. I have enjoyed reading through the forums and getting ideas from you fine folks. Can't wait to see what the future holds! Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the group!

Yes. We have a chicken tractor built and waiting on them to grow into it. Hubs says I have room for six chickens, so I brought home eight. Now I understand all the comments about chicken math. It's really a thing! My sister will take the extras when the time comes.
