Hi my mom thought it would be really cool to have chickens so we got three and had a friend build us a coop! we have had them since lest weekend and they have been really neat to have around! Unfortunately today as they were free roaming one fell in the pool and drown. but we will get a new one this week and keep them away from the pool! any ways my name it trent and i will probably be around here on the forum for a while!!

Yea i have already learned a lot and this is the first info site i found while trying to revive my chicken and its been great!

Well actually they are already old enough to lay eggs! So we didn't get them as chicks. I thought that would be fun but the feed store only had full grown chickens at the time. We have gotten two eggs so far in the last week but they were defiantly not edible they were cracked and broken open, not sure if the chickens pecked them or if the first eggs are like that.
