New Chicken owner. I have 4 barred, three buffs, and one unknown. Maybe someone can help me out. She or he is mostly white. But feathers are very lacy

Need to see the entire chicken to offer breed suggestions. Her tail is a bit tatty. Are they in a properly sized coop yet? Being in tight spaces can fray the tail feathers if they are getting brushed along wire walls.

She is only about 2/3 weeks old in a wood brooder box with 2 buffs that are the same age. It may be the way I was trying to hold her.
