New chicken owner- is this pasty butt???

Hi everyone, my chick has a small amount of poop stuck on her feathers below her vent. It is not blocking her vent at all but is on the bottom feathers surrounding it. Is this the beginnings of pasty butt and do I need to clean this small amount off? I dont want to stress the chick out unnecessarily if it is just crusted poop and does not need to be cleaned. I have seen this in one other chick also (crusted to feathers surrounding vent not blocking it) and cleaned it off but I don’t know if I have to do not? Chicks are 6 days old and brooder temp is around 92-95. Please advise on if to clean or not and if it is pasty butt! Thanks so much

It's the start of pasty butt. I would wet a qtip and try to clean it off and put a dab of vaseline on. If left alone it will get worse
