New chicken owner, need help with EE sexing

Welcome to BYC. I agree that the black one is a pullet and the other one is almost certainly a cockerel. I have two bachelor flocks. Its best to put them in together as early as possible. It protects your females and cuts down on the fighting for dominance too. They will fight a little to establish their order, but don't interfere unless one is in danger. Also, when you have a bachelor flock, you need to make sure they know you are boss. If there are children in your household, its best to keep the roosters locked in when the kids are out playing. Roosters can be unpredictable.
Good luck! If you need any help don't hesitate to ask.

Hi everyone, I am new to BYC and chickens in general. My friend gave us six 6 week old Easter Eggers. Now at 14 weeks, I have 2 known roosters as they both have started crowing😆. I am questioning whether I have two more. The brown one posted below is the largest overall, has big feet, but also not crowing and is the most skittish. Also possibly narrow hackle and saddle feathers? The black one I am questioning because of the curved tail feathers? My other black one’s tail is more rounded. Definitely appreciate any feedback from all you experienced chicken owners and EE owners out there!

Welcome to the Cyberhood....

i've only been around a few years and have a hatchling batch that has whittled down to just 2 currently.

just from reading the thread and sincerely "looking" at your 2 pics.... i'm quite inclined to agree with the majority that the first pic is a cockerel and the black one "looks" like a hen - so far.

seems i'll likely need to add a thread on the 2 that survived my spring UN-intended hatch-out.
