New chicken owner since April

My husband purchased eight Rhode Island red chickens at the end of April. We went and also picked up two calico princesses, barre rock and cream leg bar.
We built ourselves a chicken tractor, which has been nice and secure and safe for everyone. Been attending to our cream Lebar, who do not seem healthy. Joined this group to help me diagnose what could be wrong. Every time I name a chicken, it becomes injured or ill.Shes always had a fat face. She needed up getting very lethargic with a head flick which treated a week with corid then a week rooster booster and now this fluffy body and a hard lump on the left side under her beak(neck)
