Good Morning,
I am a new chicken owner. We currently have 8 - 5 week old chicks. We have a variety of breeds, included buff orphingtons, barred rock, red star, amber stars, speckled sussex and an ameraucana. My family and I have been wanting to raise chickens for sometime and now are able to do so. I have many friends who have chickens and I grew up next to a family that always had chickens. My other hobbies include fitness and crafting. We also have 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs and a cockatiel. I found BYC while searching for various answers and thought this is a great site. I've read so many threads about various topics and deiced it would be great to join the community.
