New Chicken Owners in NH

Hi- my name is Amy and we live in the lakes region of NH. Last year we moved out of the city and into the country. This allowed us to be able to finally start our chicken flock! In April when they were one week old we got 2 buff orpingtons (Anne & Lucy) and 1 black Australorp (Diana)- we wanted to start small since it was our first time. Since they i've become chicked obsessed and have been reading and researching everything I can. Unfortunately this past week at the age of 10 weeks our black Australorp, Diana, passed away. We are planning on getting some silkie peepers this week and when they get big enough add to the buff's.
