Yes it's true, I love a chicken. Four actually. I never thought I would/could love a chicken in a human/pet kind of way but I do and I'm not alone from what I read on this site! I have recently gotten 4 chicks.

I'm also a member of the Philadelphia chicken underground. (Boo Hiss renegade) BUT I'm actively participating to change the current city ordainance that bans chickens as pets. If you haven't already would you please add your name to the petition? It only needs 151 signatures to be taken to the city. Here is the link.

You don't have to live in Philly (I checked with the big dogs) and with how many people are on this site, I know that 151 signatures are out there and will make a HUGE difference.
