Hello, everyone, I am studying up to have a small flock of about 12 birds, layers, or multi purpose birds.
I am in west central Wi any body know of a good hatchery in the area, the local farm supply orders from McMurray, I have heard some not so good things about them, I want barred rocks and maybe Aurcana, still not that sure but laying is the biggest concern for me and hardy in the cold. Any tips for a first timer,a brooder and the coop will be made with in a month. Thanks for any advice, Lisa
