So i got this new chicken who looked really well and joyful. I got her from a chicken seller who had many chickens by the road in a cage. I just couldn't resist getting her. She looked fine to me at that time. But after i got home i noticed that she was sneezing a bit no runny nose though. She isn't lethargic at all just sneezing. I immediately seperated her and noticed that one of her ear had some yellow gunk in it. She was extremely thirsty as well!!!There wasn't much of that yellow stuff and i cleaned it. And also her poop is somewhat runny . I thought that maybe bcoz of lack of exercise and good food as well as water she might have indisgestion. I don't want my other chickens to get sick. What should i do guys? Any med i can give her?

Keeping her separate from the others for a while is best.. make sure she has food and water, maybe give corded just incase. Maybe even some electrolytes for hydration..and vitamins just to help over all health.. not sure about the sneezing.. others will

You are gambling on infecting your other chickens when you bring in a new one, especially one that is showing symptoms of an illness. Does she have any bubbles in one eye, swelling around her face or eyes, or nasal drainage? Ear drainage might be a sign along with sneezing of a respiratory disease. Many of those can infect your other birds, and can be carried in the air, on shoes, hands and equipment. Is she eating chicken feed and drinking water? I would try to return her, or keep her isolated for at least a month in quaratine from other chickens. Once a chronic respiratory disease is in the flock, it will expose every chicken until all are gone from the property for a few weeks. Here is a link about common diseases including the respiratory diseases and symptoms:
