Am kinda new to raising chickens, but not quite. Livied on a farm in OK. and moved to MO in 1958 while I was 11. [I'll let you guys do the math.

] Just started a new batch of chicks for both meat and eggs. Live on my step-brother's farm and have room to raise chickens, about 380 acres here connecting. Our main product here is raising beef, but have hogs to raise for the freezer. Will post in your chick forum to see if ya can help find out what I have, but; sorry with no pics., no camera. If by now ya haven't figured it out with the OldMoRoo; I'm single, enjoy what I do on the farm, and Ladies; I do, do the cooking here, and brothers and field hands say I cook better then most women in Webster Co.

Hi OldMoRoo! I'm also pretty new to the forum (although I have lurked a lot) and I'm also from Mo! We're in Blackwater - midwa between KC and Columbia.
