New Chicken run

Okay, I just moved and my four hens were typically getting to play in dirt and grass. Now they get cement. Is there any way to make cement fun for a chicken and how does one clean off the poop from the cement?

You might want to seal it then it should hose off. As for play areas, maybe add a low sided large rubber feedpan full of dirt to dustbathe in and have a corner where you can throw grass clipping so they have something to scratch around in.

I have been hosing it off but sometimes it doesn't come off and then it just builds up in the corner.
