New chicken tractor!

gumpsgirl, that looks fantastic, and what a great idea to make such a strongly constructed coop especially for a broody hen and her chicks. I would cover the chicken wire with 1/2-inch hardware cloth though, then with the fencing wire that you plan to lay around the perimeter, they should all be as well protected from all predators that you can make it.

Thanks Joe! Hardware cloth is on my list. I had to go with chicken wire for now because it was a we bit more affordable for the time being and I needed to get that broody and her babies out of the spot they were in.
