new chicken - what is she?

We've recently acquired this new girl to add to our flock.

Told she is Bantam x Silkie...

but I didn't think Bantam was a breed, more a size. She is half the size of our current girls, and smaller than our Silkie who isn't fully grown yet.
Has extremely feathery feet also

I know- I am curious what she is. She is definitely our smallest, half the size of our bigs + silkie who are not yet fully grown (only 3 months old).

She is close to laying we were also told, but not certain of age, haven't gotten an egg yet from her.

Oh, half the size of the others? Then it probably is some sort of bantam. Maybe I am not seeing it very clearly in the pictures.

I'll try to get a better photo sometime of her with them. They are still working on pecking order so she tends to avoid them.

The tyre under her makes her look bigger than she is I'm realising

Yes, that's what confused me. I wasn't sure how large the tire was.

Thanks for the extra pictures. She does look like a bantam, and the roundness of tail has me thinking that she could be at least part Cochin?

Cochins come in bantam size, have fluffy feet, and a round tail.

She could be a bantam cochin color cross or a cochin mix.
