(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We are new to chickens for the past four months. We got some chicks and three different batches. The first batch we got four but two died, the second batch we got two but one died, and the last batch we got three and they all survived.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have six.
(3) What breeds do you have?
The last three are easter Eggers. I forget what the first two are and the third.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They're fun to watch and feed.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Running a chaotic house full of people.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Im a dad of a blended family with five kids with my father-in-law living here. He likes the chickens the least... Im a builder, she's a hairdresser we're both business owners.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found BYC on the interwebs.
