New Chicken

Ok so I have four baby chicks almost four weeks old and they have been with each other since they were born. Well, I just recently got an Ancona. The ancona is about 20 weeks old. When I tried to put her in the same area with the four baby chicks she kept pecking at them. So I separated her and today I attempted to put her back, and again she pecked. So I put her back in her separate area and attempted to bring one of the baby chicks to her. She went after the baby soooo fast. I almost cried. (I have the baby on my chest now comforting her) I need advice on how to introduce the big chicken to the little chicks. Do I just need to wait until they are older?

Yes wait until older. That is way to big of a age difference. Good luck

A lot older.....best to wait until the babies are the same size as the older bird.
