new chickens not laying, and lost two

One is not walking, crown pale, eating others pick on her! wormed with garlic as told to do by lady we bought them off.
She doesnt like to stand, we took her outside to see if that help, it hasnt! she is eating and drinking ok
I am new to having chickens, so any advise and symptoms to look for to find specific fproblem would be much appreciated.

If you were told to worm them, it sounds like she know they needed worming, which garlic will not do. I suggest you get some valbazen and give .5 ml to each chicken. Wither squirt it into the side of their mouth or put it on a bit of bread and feed it to them individually. Repeat in 10 days, and toss eggs for 24 days. If they need worming, this could be at least part of why they are not laying. Of course, having been moved recently could do it, too.
