New chickens not laying eggs. Help?!

First time chicken owner here. I bought 8 new mature hens (around 10 months old) to add to our flock. I'm having issues with them hiding under the coop and not really wanting to go into it or use the nesting boxes. I've only seen one egg so far and it was like jello. Is there anything I should or could be doing to get them into the coop or comfortable free ranging? Also, when should they start laying eggs again? I knew the transition would stress them out but its been a couple days and they're still pretty nervous.

It could take a week if not more. I guess, did you just put them in with your already established flock? or are they separated?

They are all together. I only have the one coop but it's 20 foot by 10 foot with a 20x10 run as well. They free range in the yard during the day but are too nervous to really go anywhere. The other chickens i have are still young but not too young to where they are getting bullied.

20 foot by 10 foot with a 20x10 run attached. I also allow them all to free range on our land.

total 26, 18 of which are around 9 to 11 weeks old

When my hens were young I used a night light to intice them into coop at dusk for awhile . I set on timer that got shorter and shorter. If no electricity you could set a solar in there. Do the young ones go in to roost without problems?
