New chickens to our flock wont lay

Hi. I added two 1 year old hens to my flock who are all about 5 months now. We are new to chickens and havent gotten an egg from our 5 month olds yet. My question is that the new hens havent laid an egg since we got them three days ago, is that normal? We new there would be some adjustment time for them but Im wondering what timeframe is normal a few more days, two weeks , a month?

Normal, they are stressed, may take several weeks to settle in.
