new chickens

That was one of my first concerns and we are soon going to begin deworming and dusting for mites and also treating them for scaley legs. Why it was my first guess was because when got to the breeders place almost every single one had feather loss.. we only took them in hopes that they would be better off with us and hopes we could save them.. pooor girls...
Chicken disease is not my strong suit. However, seems awfully suspicious that they all have feather loss. Have you checked them for mites?

This is missy her sister miss daisy looks just like her.. and Dots sister mable looks just like dot only fully feathered. these poor girls just need a lot of TLC
 
I am looking for someone in the clovis nm area that knows a thing or two about chickens... could use someone to show me a few things on my ladies... and maybe help me with exactly what breeds they really are...anyone out there that can help?
