New chickie mom in SD

Hello everyone! I'm a new chickie mom at the age of 75 (better late than never!).
My flock of 9 is a barnyard mix and bought them from a neighbor in April(they were all born April 1-25th). She predicted that one she pointed out would be a rooster but I'm still not sure about that one. One of the other ones started crowing about 2 weeks ago and this morning another one started. I sure hope they are the only ones!!
I'm learning as I go and loving it!
