Most important thing is clean water! Unless the chicks look weak you really don’t need to add anything to the water. By now they have had access to water and food for a few days so if everyone is active, eating and drinking your off to a good start. They will likely poop in the waterer and feeder so just keep those as clean as possible and you should be good. Don’t forget everything is new to them already so they do need anything else to worry about. A few weeks from now you can expose them to other things. They are very resilient little creatures for sure.
