New Chicks From Meyers Hatchery Arrived!(Updated with pics 10/6)

They all look great so far and were just chirping away!

I do think I have one that has pasty butt though. Have to get her cleaned up. I recieved:

2- RIR
2- Patridge Cochin
4- Speckled Sussex
4 - Golden Laced Wyandotte
4- Barred Rocks


I will post pictures later. Right now I have work to do!

Ok so they are hilarious. The routine seems to be is to stop by the feeder, then head over to the water, make a few laps around the feeder, then back to the heat where they fall asleep standing up, rocking back and forth until suddenly timbeeeeerrr! Sound asleep Here are some pics

Oh how cute, we got ours just after they hatched and they were hilarious, and now we're hooked and ordered 3 more a Blue Silkie, Buff Silkie, and another Sultan. Can't wait til we get them. Have fun with them. Keep us up on their progress...

We ordered ours from Meyer's also, we ordered 25 EE's they shipped 26, 2 died during shipping, one just after arrival but all the rest are fat and sassy and a little over 2 wks old.
