New Chicks Have Arrived!! Yellow is the extra?

Pics
Sweet ok! Glad to hear about #2! I always keep your OEs in mind when I’m looking at mine. Do the pea combs take a little longer to take form? Or do they grow similar to the other combs. I was just thinking they would take a while to look different but if it’s a straight comb, it never will lol
Pea combs basically look nonexistent until they "bubble up." Lol that's the best way I can describe it. Straight combs will look spikey at first.

On second look, I do think #1 might also have a modified pea so I think you're right. The Brown Leghorn should be more obvious soon since they have big floppy combs as they mature like your Crested Cream Legbars.

Ok cool. Most of the EEs have hardly any combs so I bet they’ll have peas. Here’s the brown leghorn closer up. She’s the one standing. She for sure has a big ol single comb lol

Ah ha! #2 looks like she has a modified pea comb and a small beard so I'm now confident saying shes one of your OEs.

Yes, it is possible to have an OE with a straight comb! My OEs from Ideal all have pea combs but genetics with mixed are always hit or miss.
I got some better close ups of the two (possible) OEs. I guess I didn’t notice it till you pointed it out but the one definitely has a beard! And #1’s comb looks pretty different than #2’s!

Great photos! That makes it clear that they're both OEs. The first one has a pea comb after all! I guess it was just the angle from the other pics that made me think it didn't. Finally mystery solved!

My Ideal order arrived today! And they added an extra chick! I know there’s NO WAY to tell what breed it is right now but I wanted to see if everyone agrees that the extra one is the yellow baby. I ordered 4 Easter Eggers, 2 Olive Eggers, 1 Black Star and 1 Brown Leghorn.
does the yellow one have feathered feet
