New chicks/hen house ramp?

Hi! I have a hen who just hatched 9 chicks. I want to leave them with her, but the ramp into the hen house is pretty steep (maybe a four foot climb), any ideas how to modify this so they could easily navigate on their own? Thank you!

If possible, widening the ramp and decreasing the angle by lengthening it should help.

If you can't modify the angle, try attaching something to the surface to give it more grip.
