my eggs will go to the hatcher Tue , never had winter chicks before so I built a divided ( to keep the 2 breeds seperate ) 4 x4 ft brooder with heat and a theromostat . never had to have somthing like that before but the breed I wanted (buckeye) these were the first eggs I could get my hands on in the last 2 years . Winter even here in south Ga has to have a different management pattern than spring / summer .
